 Our Services At AXiOM we are pleased to offer four report levels to suit your reference checking requirements. The level of detail in each report is reflective of the candidate’s potential position, authority, or influence. The more senior the position, the more complex the questions and responses and therefore the longer the reference interview conducted. We believe that it is essential to spend the necessary time to obtain all of the information available – It is the only way to build a complete picture and the only way that an accurate assessment of a candidate can be made. Typically, we suggest speaking with a minimum of two references to compare feedback on character traits and/or flag any exceptional opinions.
