Our condensed report is a briefer format, approximately one page in length. This report follows a structured form and is more point form in style.

Our Services


At AXiOM we are pleased to offer four report levels to suit your reference checking requirements. The level of detail in each report is reflective of the candidate’s potential position, authority, or influence. The more senior the position, the more complex the questions and responses and therefore the longer the reference interview conducted. We believe that it is essential to spend the necessary time to obtain all of the information available – It is the only way to build a complete picture and the only way that an accurate assessment of a candidate can be made. Typically, we suggest speaking with a minimum of two references to compare feedback on character traits and/or flag any exceptional opinions.

Always with a sense of urgency, we provide a three business day turn around time. Our two basic types of report structure include a comprehensive report and a condensed version.

Our reporting structures are quite flexible and adaptable to suit the needs of a client. Both arrangements provide a multitude of information, however, we also customize our reports to meet the specific requirements of individual requestors.
