Exit Interviews

On occasion, we are asked by businesses to complete exit interviews on those employees who have left a company, to determine their motivation for leaving. When the issue arises where a number of people leave within weeks of each other, it suggests that perhaps there is a widespread issue, however, former employees are often reluctant to disclose their reasons for leaving to the former employer.
