Two Report Structures

As well, we offer two report structures and also customize our reports to meet your needs.

Our Comprehensive Report

Primarily, we present a detailed comprehensive report, which includes quotations from the conversation to give the reader the flavour of the interview. This is a lengthier and more in-depth interview.

The Condensed Report

Our condensed report is a briefer format, approximately one page in length. This report follows a structured form and is more point form in style.

About Us

Roger Clements, AXiOM’s managing director, has over 38 years of experience conducting reference checks. He has developed questioning techniques that elicit open, candid, reliable responses that eliminate biases, as only then can answers be interpreted correctly.

At AXiOM, we feel that it is imperative to create an atmosphere over the telephone in which references feel comfortable providing meaningful, factual, honest answers. As well, all of our interviewers have been chosen for their unique skills and abilities in their questioning, listening and interpreting techniques. Roger personally trains and supervises AXiOM interviewers and reviews their interview performance ongoing.
